You return the signed articles to us and we file them on your behalf. The filed stamped copy will be mailed to you.
Bylaws & Organizational Minutes
Bylaws are the rules for operating the nonprofit corporation. For example, they describe when meetings occur and how members of the board of directors are elected.
Also, as a nonprofit corporation, an organization must keep minutes of its meetings. Our forms include custom-prepared initial minutes, which establish the first board and take other actions necessary to set up the corporate structure.
